Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Warmly welcome and assist customers, understanding their preferences.
- Showcase jewellery collections and guide customers in their purchase decisions.
- Learn and apply sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain punctuality, professional conduct, and adherence to company policies.
- Observe and support senior sales representatives in customer interactions and sales management.
- Assist in sales returns, exchanges, and repair services.
- Provide accurate estimates for jewellery selections for billing.
- Achieve section-wise sales targets and suggest improvements for store profitability.
- Learn and execute the billing process efficiently.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences.
Stock Management:
- Assist in daily stock counting, reconciliation, and inventory record-keeping.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of jewellery in the assigned section.
Work Area & Product Display:
- Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive product display.
- Ensure jewellery pieces are regularly refreshed and well-maintained.
Marketing & Customer Engagement:
- Learn and support in-store marketing campaigns.
- Assist in event management, in-store promotions, and exhibitions.
- Participate in Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities for customer engagement.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Receive training in multiple store functions such as packing, billing, purchasing, customer service, and jewellery handling.
- Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and customer trust.
- Address customer queries and escalate unresolved concerns to senior staff.
